All Services are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not mechanics, licensed dealers, brokers, insurers, attorneys, or financial advisors. Our advice is general and based on publicly available information and our experience.
All users acknowledge by using the website the user is agreeing that the website is located in and maintained in Texas, and all business related to the use of the website is performed in Texas.

Memberships are good for one year and will be canceled unless renewed.
No refunds are available.

No copying, sharing, reselling, or commercial use. The content on Negotiate Like A Pro has been copyrighted and is not to be copied in any form.
6. User Conduct
Do not:
Share login credentials.
Post harmful, illegal, or offensive content in forums.
Scrape, copy, or misuse our content.
Harass staff/members.
We may remove content or terminate access without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, vehicle issues, or reliance on advice). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
